Sally has been in foster care since Jul 09 when she was just a young bunny and needs her own home so much. She wants so much to be able to go about as she chooses, whether running and playing in more space and with more time than available in foster care, or just hanging in a favorite spot or with favorite human or bunny. It is so sad to have one sit in foster care so long and be passed over time and again, when she is so perfect, very much your meet and greet little bunny, always wanting to know what is going on and be a part of it. She is a sweet little (4 lb.) dwarf with a big diva personality. She is snuggly, cuddly and loves humans. Very active and curious, she needs a home where she can have plenty of attention and playtime and not be cooped up the majority of the day. Since she tries to befriend all the other foster bunnies, she would definitely be a good bonding candidate for another girl or boy bunny. She also loves to shred newspaper and arrange things to her liking. UPDATE for those who might have been following Sally - she was just to her vet for an eye pressure check and because once again, there is no problem with her eye, she is no longer considered a medical risk. Her vet feels by now that an eye pressure check during an annual exam is sufficient. At this point, her eye is not expected to cause any problem. you would not know by her attitude and activity if not for the white spot on her eye. She is the truest gem you could possibly ask for. However, if you expect to never need to bring your rabbit to the vet, she (like any rabbit) is not the one for you. By five years, all rabbits should go for a baseline blood panel and by vet's choosing, additional senior bloodwork. An adoption donation applies to defray spay costs.
