This Classic bike has to be from the 80's. It has an unique paint that looks like shiny bare steel. It has some typical blemishes light surface corrosion, and slight scrapes.
This bike looks customized!
On the chainstay is the words: "Lawee Style!", and the back brake calipers are installed way reduced behind the crank. If I've ever seen one, this is a personalized function. Rate is firm.

It has tidied up well. The rims rotate true, The tires are complete with air, the chain has been cleaned and lubed, and it changes gears with simplicity!
